  Our old A/C unit went out a week before our new HVAC install was scheduled. Nick came out the same day to replace a part to allow us make it through the hot humid week prior to the install without melting. Aside from a minor miscommunication that was remedied quickly, the HVAC install itself went smoothly and the install techs were pleasant to be around and courteous of our home. We are very happy with the American Standard equipment and especially the superior service from Air King!
