Service is ridiculous! They drive right past my recycling or yard waste, I call and they say they will send someone out. No one comes, I call back, they say the driver said our stuff wasn't out.... Your drivers are liars! Here we sit with a recycling bin full from last week, our stuff should have been picked up two days ago.. I called yesterday and they told me someone will be out, thing is, they didn't pick up anyone's recycling on our street this week, not just me! Pathetic service!

They forget to pick up your trash on Thursday, then they'll tell you they will pick it up tomorrow. Come tomorrow you'll still have trash outside of your house and you'll call back. They'll then tell you, you have to wait until Monday. Come Monday, you call once again and they'll again ignore your request. Horrible service and i wish i had contact info for someone above their head!! Next time I'll just take my dang trash to there parking lot, that'll get their attention.
