  I purchased a couch here and was super excited about it. I was in the process of buying a house and needed new furniture to fill it. I came here and found the perfect couch and was told it'd be 2-4 weeks. It is now 8 weeks in and I'm moved into my house, and still no couch. I'm highly disappointed with this situation. On top of it all I have not had one follow up phone call to let me know things are running behind or anything. I have had to call and check in with them every time. I was told last time it'd be here early this week well tomorrow is Thursday and nothing. This is poor customer service especially when you're spending thousands of dollars!! I will be buying the rest of my furniture elsewhere.
