  Quick disclaimer: I have never before posted a review as I have never felt this cheated before. I am not one to complain or write negative reviews about something on a normal basis.
  
  Will charge $105 to inspect the car if you mention a potential issue. Then (in my case) tried to sell a fix, based on a different "sound" than I told them originally. I asked what about the original sound I brought it in for, they said they never heard that sound. As I was driving out of their driveway, I heard the sound. Obviously they did not do a very good test before diagnosing the issue, and still charged $105.
  
  Their shuttle driver was very annoyed that I was calling to ask for a ride. Told me to call him back later. Finally just asked a friend to take me.
  
  Very overpriced experience, and only marginally respectful/friendly service desk staff.
  
  I will never go here again. Look for other shops.
  
  I am starting to be in the market for a new car. Maybe I will go waste their time and act interested, then never buy a car from them.

  I have to say this place is ahhhhmazing!!! There is no other words to describe it, from the atmosphere to they employees 2 thumbs up. I have to give a special shout out to Shawn Woods he has truly been I blessing in my car search,anytime I’ve had any questions or concerns he has been right there along the way. I would choose any other dealership... EVER!!! Thank you Bob Brady and Shawn Woods My dream has came true yet again!!!
