Came I need visiting from Texas. The facility is gorgeous and the staff was very friendly. The rates are the best I've ever seen in any state! And, I'm freaking sore ;)!!

My girlfriend and I were passing through Decatur and were looking for a good crossfit box to drop in at. We were pleasantly surprised to find the nicest and most high quality gym we'd ever experienced. Super nice people, beautiful and well equipped gym as well as awesome programming! Coach Casey was a gem; offering us free fitaids and charging us nothing for our open gym drop ins. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get a great workout in with a friendly community. Best reason to pay Decatur a visit!
