  Went with husband to renew license. Lots of people waiting for help. Receptionist nice so I gave 1 star. The number they gave you was out of sequence so you could not know how many people were ahead of you. Only one lady at counter and she was very slow. I ask where everyone was at to help us. I was told one employee was out sick, one, On maternity leave, and one on vacation. The management should b replaced if they can't help the employees run a smooth operation, and help their customers have a swift and nice experience. These elderly people with health issues and young parents with small children should not have to wait for 2 or 3 hours for service. AGAIN, very poor management.Shame on them.
